    Our official check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

  • How far is the hotel from the ferry terminals?

    Batam is served by several ferry terminals, all of which offer convenient access to our hotel:

    • Sekupang Ferry Terminal: 11 km (approximately 20 minutes by car)
    • Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: 20.6 km (approximately 39 minutes by car)
    • Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal: 21.7 km (approximately 43 minutes by car)
    • Nongsapura Ferry Terminal: 40.2 km (approximately 56 minutes by car)
    • Marina Teluk Senimba Ferry Terminal: Located just 1.1 km from the hotel, approximately a 10-minute walk away, this is the nearest ferry terminal to our property. Currently undergoing development, the terminal is expected to reopen for public ferry services under its upcoming name, Marina Bay Ferry Cove.

    Yes, we offer complimentary baby cots, subject to availability. We recommend requesting a baby cot when making your reservation to ensure we can accommodate your request.

    Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the property.

    Yes. Our property is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas.

    Yes, sofa beds can be arranged for an additional charge and are available exclusively in our One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom room types, subject to availability.

    Guests of Cluny Resorts and Balmoral Tower Hotel can enjoy our dining and beverage facilities at Balmoral Tower Hotel:

    • Dining Room – Ground Floor: Open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, serving a variety of dining options in a comfortable and relaxing setting. 24-hour in-room dining is also available.
    • Pool Bar – Level 7: Open from 10:30 AM to 1:00 AM, offering a lively space to relax and socialize, with crafted cocktails, fine spirits, and refreshing beverages.
  • How far is the hotel from the airport?

    The hotel is approximately 31.8 km from Hang Nadim International Airport, with a driving time of around 45 minutes, depending on traffic.

  • Do the rooms provide international power sockets and USB ports?

    Yes. All room types are equipped with universal international sockets and USB ports for your convenience.

  • What is the cancellation and no-show policy?

    Cancellation terms vary depending on the room plan selected. Certain room plans are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or amended without charge.

    For bookings with a flexible cancellation policy:

    • More than 72 hours before arrival: Free cancellation.
    • Within 72 hours before arrival: A charge equivalent to the first night’s stay will apply.
    • No-show: The full reservation amount will be charged.

    Please refer to the cancellation terms specified in your booking confirmation for the applicable policy.

  • Is parking available at the property?

    Yes. Complimentary parking is available for guests staying at Cluny Resorts Villas. For Balmoral Tower Hotel, parking is available at an hourly rate, with the applicable charges to be announced.

  • Can the hotel arrange tours or activities?

    Yes, we can assist in arranging Island Hopping, Mangrove & Firefly Tours for a minimum of two guests. This educational and nature-based experience includes:

    • Island hopping to nearby islands
    • A scenic boat cruise through the mangrove forest
    • Environmental and mangrove conservation education
    • The opportunity to witness the magical natural phenomenon of fireflies at dusk
